Eng. Khalid Al-Hussan Chairman of the Board of Directors
Eng. Khalid Abdullah Al-Hussan is the Chief Executive Officer and a Board member of the Saudi Tadawul Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Saudi Exchange, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa), and Wamid, an applied technology services business and the innovation arm of Saudi Tadawul Group. Additionally, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges, and a board member of Tadawul Real Estate Company, E-Finance for Digital and Financial Investments, and the Gulf Mercantile Exchange.
Eng. Khalid has more than 22 years of experience in the financial markets and the broader financial sector, along with extensive expertise in the Saudi insurance sector. His wide-ranging experience covers business development, corporate and strategic planning, operations and project management, marketing, and product development.
Throughout his tenure at the Saudi Exchange, Eng. Khalid has overseen the introduction and implementation of several key development programs, including the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) framework, the inclusion of Tadawul in the emerging markets’ indices, the launch of Nomu and the derivative markets, the development of the fixed income market and the record-setting IPO of Saudi Aramco. Notably and most recently, he led the transformation into the Saudi Tadawul Group.
He is an engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Ms. Rania Nashar Board Member
Ms. Rania Nashar joined the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as a Senior Advisor to the Governor in February 2021, where she advises His Excellency Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of PIF, in areas of Business and Governance, drawing on more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking industry. In addition, she is the Head of Compliance & Governance at the Public Investment Fund and the Chairman of the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company.
Prior to joining PIF, Ms. Nashar served as the CEO of Samba Financial Group (SFG), making her the first Saudi woman to lead a major banking group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She first joined SFG in 1997 at the start of her banking career, where she served in various positions across different divisions of the Group and played a pivotal role in bringing vital changes and developments to SFG’s business sectors.
Ms. Nashar also holds various other leadership and advisory positions. During her time at SFG, she served as Vice Chair of the Samba Capital Board and as a Board member of Samba Bank Limited in Pakistan, Samba Global Markets Limited. She also served as a board member at Institute of International Finance “IIF” in USA.In March 2019, the Board of the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) appointed Ms. Nashar as Vice Chair of the CMA Advisory Committee. Ms. Nashar also serves as Board member of STC, the Saudi Stock Exchange, the National Center for Performance Measurement, Saudi Space Commission and Saudi Polo Federation. Also, she chairs the Audit Committee at FII.
Some of Ms. Nashar’s other major achievements throughout her career include becoming the first Saudi women to lead the audit and risk review functions for all business and operations areas at SFG, including investment business, corporate and individual banking, and risk management. She is also the first woman in the GCC financial sector to lead a compliance group and first Saudi woman to be named a certified anti-money laundering specialist by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) in the USA. During KSA G20 Presidency Rania chaired the B20 Women in Business Action Council and G20 EMPOWER Alliance. Currently, she is serving as a Co-Chair in Action Council for B20 Women in Business.
Ms. Nashar holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in computer science and technology from Kind Saud University. She has been recognized by Forbes on multiple occasions for her professional achievements, being named among the Top 100 Powerful Women in the World in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Mr. Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Rumaih Member of the Board of Directors
Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Exchange. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in capital markets and the broader financial sector, with a professional background in strategic development, operations and project management, and the planning and development of products and services.
Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Al-Rumaih held several key leadership positions across the Saudi Exchange, including Chief of Markets and Chief of Sales and Marketing, where his leadership was central to the implementation of a number of significant market enhancements and innovative financial products. Notable achievements under his tenure include the Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in leading emerging market indices, the successful enhancement of the Nomu-Parallel Market, and facilitating the public listing of Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO, in 2019.
He also serves as a Board Member of the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and is a member of the Risk Management Committees of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa). In addition, he is a member of the Audit Committee of the Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID). He previously served as a member of both the Advisory Committee of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Professional Conduct and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
Al-Rumaih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an Executive MBA from Manchester MBA.

Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Omran Board member
Mr. Faisal Al-Omran, Chief Executive Officer of The Saudi Investment Bank, has a long professional experience in the financial sector, during which he held several leadership positions in the Bank and its subsidiaries and associates, including his positions as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer.
Mr. Al-Omran attained Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Northeastern University in Boston, USA, majoring in Finance and Accounting, in addition to several executive training programs from several international universities.

Mr. Faris Ibrahim AlGhannam Board Member
Faris AlGhannam is currently Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of HSBC Saudi Arabia and a member of HSBC Middle East, North Africa and Turkey Executive Committee. Prior to this, Faris was leading the investment banking, capital markets and issuer services business and operations for HSBC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before joining HSBC, Faris worked for several years at another banking institution in London, the United Kingdom covering capital markets in the UK and EMEA.
Faris is a Director on the board of HSBC Bank Egypt and is also an Independent Director of Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in MENA region, as well as an Independent Director of the Board of a leading consumers company in the Kingdom and a Board of Director of Al-Tamayyuz Finance & Accounting Excellence Academy. Faris is a member of the Finance Program Board for College of Business Administration, Prince Sultan University.
Faris holds an MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and a BSc in Accounting from Prince Sultan University (first honors). -
Mr. NAIF ALMESNED Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Naif Al Mesned is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Aljazira Capital. He brings extensive experience across the Kingdom’s securities and investment landscape, with a strong track record in developing and executing corporate & business strategies that drive sustainable organizational success.
In addition to his leadership role at Aljazira Capital, Mr. Al Mesned serves as a board and committee member for several private and publicly listed companies, contributing strategic oversight and governance expertise.
Mr. Al Mesned holds an MBA from Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has completed executive leadership programs at Wharton, MIT, and Harvard. -
Ms. Hannan Alshehri Board Member
Ms. Hanan is the CEO of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa). She is a Board member of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa). She has over 13 years of experience in the Investment Sector and product development and has held several roles and leadership positions, most recently as the Chief of Business Development at Edaa.
She holds a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Information Systems from Prince Sultan University.
In 2023, Ms. Hanan obtained an Executive Leadership Development certification at Stanford Business School. In addition to her role at Edaa, Ms. Hanan is a board member of the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM) .

Bandar A. Al Blehed Chief of Clients Relations & Sustainability Development
Bandar has more than 14 years of experience in the financial industry, during which he has played a pivotal role in launching Saudi Exchange’s Invest Wisely Program, attracting foreign investments, and developing sustainability guidance in the Saudi capital market. He has also delivered new services to Exchange Members and established the Client Relations and Development function in the Saudi Exchange.
In January 2024, Bandar was appointed as the Chief of Clients Relations & Sustainability Development, tasked with leading the development of ESG and sustainability initiatives and implementing comprehensive Institutional Client Relations and Member Relations strategies.
Bandar is also an advisory board member for Prince Sultan University’s Center for Sustainability and Climate Change. Recently, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Arab Federation of Capital Markets’ Sustainability Committee.
Bandar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alfaisal University, in addition to several highly recognized leadership certifications.

Nasser Abdullah Alajaji Chief of Listing
Nasser Alajaji joined Saudi Exchange in early 2024 as a Chief of Listing, bringing a wealth of financial and strategic experience to the Saudi Exchange as a result of his previous professional career.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, most recently, Nasser played a role in the transformational efforts that the Saudi Financial Sector witnessed during the past couple of years, primarily in Capital Markets, working alongside financial regulators and other key stakeholders in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nasser holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to various relevant professional certificates.

Noelle S. Al Jaweini Chief of Cash Markets
Noelle joined Saudi Exchange in 2015 and she is currently Chief of the Cash Markets at the Saudi Exchange. She is also Chairperson of the Index Supervisory Committee.
Noelle has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector and prior to her current role, held various roles in the areas of Business Innovation and Product Development and has managed various large scale capital market initiatives including the launch of REITs and Nomu – Parallel Market.
Noelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University we well as multiple professional certificates, including an Executive leadership certificate from Stanford University and a Certificate of Mastery in Capital Markets from the New York Institute of Finance. She is also PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Yasser Al Abdulkarim Chief of Operations
Yasser Al Abdulkarim serves as the Chief of Operations at the Saudi Exchange, with nearly two decades of extensive experience across key functions within the company. Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2007, he has held several leadership positions in Sales & Marketing, Corporate Excellence & Governance, and Operations making a substantial impact on the Exchange’s strategic growth and operational improvement.
In his current role, he oversees core market operations with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, improving service quality, and strengthening organizational resilience and sustainability, all driven by his continuous commitment to innovation and ongoing improvement.
Yasser holds an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and has completed several executive and leadership development programs at globally recognized institutions.
