The permission of the FinTech experiment granted to Siolla Digital Financial Technology Company to test the Robo Advisory service, and its completion of the commencement of business requirements.
Based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 06/02/1424 H, its implementing regulations, and the Financial Technology Experimental Permit Instructions issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority, the Capital Market Authority announces that Siolla Digital Financial Technology Company has completed the commencement of business requirements for the Financial Technology experiment permit granted to it pursuant to the decision of the CMA’s Board dated 01/07/2024G to test the Robo-Advisory service.

The Capital Market Authority announces the Approval on the Registration and the Initial Public Offering of Facilities Management Company's Shares
The Capital Market Authority ("CMA") Board has issued its resolution dated 12/10/1447H corresponding to 31/03/2026G approving Facilities Management Company's ("the company") application for the Registration and the offering of (42,000,000) shares representing (30%) of the Company's share capital. The Company’s prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the start of the subscription period. The prospectus includes all relevant information that the investor needs to know before making an investment decision, including the Company's financial statements, activities and management. A subscription decision without reading the prospectus carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the prospectus, which includes detailed information on the company, the offering and risk factors. If the prospectus proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to consult with an authorized financial advisor prior to making any investment decision. The CMA’s approval on the application should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the offering of any specific company. The CMA's approval on the application merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met. The CMA’s approval on the application shall be valid for (6) months from the CMA Board resolution date. The approval shall be deemed cancelled if the offering and listing of the Company's shares are not completed within this period.

At the end of the 1st Quarter 2026 Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed at 11,249.54 points, decreasing by 775.51 points 6.45% over the same period of the previous year. Highest close level for the index during period was 11,458.11 point on 28/01/2026. Total equity market capitalization at the end of the 1st Quarter 2026 reached SAR 9,858.85 billion ($2,629.03 billion), decreasing by 0.60% over the same period of the previous year. The total value of shares traded during the 1st Quarter 2026 reached SAR 291.07 billion ($77.62 billion), decreasing by 19.72% over the same period of the previous year. The total number of volume traded* reached 14.32 billion shares during the 1st Quarter 2026 compared to 13.24 billion shares traded during the 1st Quarter 2025, an increase of 8.14%.
