يتمثل نشاط الشركة في تقديم خدمات التشغيل الخارجي للموارد البشرية وخدمات التوظيف للوظائف القيادية والاستشارات الإدارية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية وخدمات التوظيف والمنتجات التقنية المرتبطة بالموارد البشرية.
Company History
تأسست الشركة الدولية للموارد البشرية بتاريخ 14/08/1426هـ (الموافق 18/09/2005م) كمؤسسة فردية لصاحبها غزوة عبدالله مطر العلوي تحت اسم )مؤسسة دار الآجل للتجارة( وبتاريخ 17/06/1431هـ (31/05/2010م) قرر المالك التنازل عن المؤسسة بالكامل بما لها من حقوق وماعليها من التزامات وعمالة وتصنيف وتراخيص لصالح كل من (1) السيد/ علي بن عمار بن فلاح الحربي و (2) السيدة/ ريما علي عمار الحربي، كما قرر الشركاء الجدد تحويل المؤسسة من مؤسسة فردية إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة وتعديل اسمها ليصبح )شركة استشارة الدولية للاستشارات( وبتاريخ 24/07/1436ه (الموافق 13/05/2015م) وافق الشركاء على تعديل اسم الشركة ليصبح) الشركة الدولية للموارد البشرية( وبتاريخ 01/05/1442هـ (الموافق 16/12/2020م) قرر الشركاء الموافقة على تحول الشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة
