تعمل الشركة بمجموعة من الأنشطة الصناعية تشمل حلولًا متكاملة للتعبئة والتغليف، لضمان تعبئة نظيفة وآمنة ومحكمة الإغلاق للأغذية والمشروبات والمواد المختلفة ، تتميز عسق بالتنوع الكبير في المنتجات من حيث التصاميم والألوان والأحجام حسب حاجة السوق ورغبة العميل مع التركيز على الحفاظ على جودة المنتجات وتسهيل نقلها وتخزينها بفعالية وكفاءة عالية.
Company History
في عام 2005 انطلقت شركة مصنع عسق للبلاستيك من مدينة الرياض كمؤسسة فردية تحت اسم (مصنع عسق للبلاستيك) برأس مال قدره (350,000) ريال سعودي. لم تكن البداية سوى نقطة انطلاق في مسيرتها الطموحة، بحلول عام 2011 خطت الشركة خطوة مهمة بالتحول من مؤسسة فردية إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، وأصبح اسمها (شركة مصنع عسق للبلاستيك) مع الحفاظ على رأس المال السابق ذاته، والذي قُسم إلى (350) حصة، قيمة كل منها (1,000) ريال سعودي. بعد أربع سنوات من هذا التحول وفي عام 2015 أجرت الشركة تغييرًا استراتيجيًا بنقل مقرها الرئيسي من مدينة الرياض إلى مدينة سدير للصناعة والأعمال، مما أعطاها مساحة أكبر للتوسع والنمو، وبحلول عام 2021 وسعت الشركة نطاق عملها من خلال الاستحواذ الكامل على شركة عسك للأنابيب، مما زاد من قدرتها الإنتاجية وأدخل تنوعًا في منتجاتها. وفي عام 2023 شهدت الشركة تغييرات كبيرة، حيث قامت بزيادة رأس مالها من (350,000) ريال سعودي إلى (63,000,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى (6,300,000) سهم، قيمة كل منها (10) ريالات سعودية، مما مكن الشركة من تعزيز عملياتها وتوسيع نطاقها. لكن طموحات الشركة لم تتوقف عند هذا الحد، في عام 2024 قررت التحول إلى شركة مساهمة وزيادة رأس مالها مجددًا إلى (70,500,000) ريال سعودي حيث تم إصدار (750,000) سهم جديد، وتم طرحها للاكتتاب في السوق الموازية مما أتاح لها جمع مزيد من التمويل لدعم تطورها المستقبلي وتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية. ومع كل خطوة تخطوها تواصل شركة مصنع عسق للبلاستيك تقدمها ونموها، ماضية بثقة نحو تحقيق المزيد من النجاحات والتوسع.
