Company overview
التشغيل الطبي للمجمعات الطبية ومراكز جراحة اليوم الواحد ويتمثل نشاط الشركة الحالي في تشغيل وإدارة كلٍ من مستشفى الزهراء، صيدلية منارة الحرمين، فرع نبع الصحة الخاص بممارسة أعمال الصيانة وتشغيل المباني.
Company History
تأسست شركة نبع الصحة للخدمات الطبية بتاريخ 25/02/1405هـ؛ بتاريخ 24/04/1439ه صدر قرار الشركاء بتغيير اسم الشركة إلى شركة نبع الصحة للخدمات الطبية، كما تم تغيير المقر الرئيسي للشركة ليكون في مدينة الخبر؛ بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (ق/122) وبتاريخ 23/05/1440ه الموافق29/01/2019م تم تحويل الشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة مع الاحتفاظ برقم السجل التجاري وتاريخه، وبنفس رأسمالها البالغ خمسة وعشرون مليون ريال سعودي
