تقوم شركة طوارئيات للعناية الطبية بتقديم خدمات الرعاية الطبية في المناطق النائية والصناعية في المملكة العربية السعودية كما تمتلك الشركة مركز طوارئيات الطبي في مدينة الجبيل وتقدم من خلاله خدمات عيادات الطب الباطني وعيادات طب الأطفال وعيادات النساء والولادة وعيادات الأنف والأذن والحنجرة وعيادات الطب العام والطوارئ، كما يقدم المركز خدمات الأشعة والفحوصات الطبية.
Company History
تأسس مركز طوارئيات للعناية الطبية (الاسم السابق للشركة) كفرع لمؤسسة فردية بموجب السجل التجاري رقم (2051054263) الصادر من مدينة الخبر بتاريخ 03/11/1434ه (الموافق 09/09/2013م). وبتاريخ05/06/1439ه (الموافق 21/02/2018م) تم تحويل الصفة القانونية لمركز طوارئيات الطبي إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة تحمل نفس رقم التسجيل، وتم تغيير الاسم ليصبح شركة طوارئيات للعناية الطبية. وفي تاريخ 29/06/1443ه (الموافق 01/02/2022م) قرر الشركاء تحويل الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة حيث تم إثبات التغيرات المذكورة وتحويل الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (992) بتاريخ 11/10/1443ه (الموافق 12/05/2022م) بموجب السجل التجاري رقم (2051054263) الصادر من مدينة الخبر.
