تعد الشركة من أكبر مصانع لإنتاج قضبان الصلب (الزوايا والمبسطات) في المملكة العربية السعودية وتتوزع أعمال الشركة في ثلاثة وحدات للأعمال وهي: شراء الخردة المجهزة والغير مجهزة. صناعة الكتل الحديدية (البليت). صناعة قضبان الحديد (الزوايا والمبسطات).
Company History
تأسست شركة الرياض للحديد كفرع لمؤسسة فردية باسم مصنع معن بن حمد الجاسر لدرفلة الحديد لصاحبها الأستاذ معن بن حمد بن محمد الجاسر، ومقيدة بالسجل التجاري بمدينة الرياض برقم (158433) وتاريخ 14/01/1421هـ (الموافق 19/04/2000م) وبرأس مال مليون ومائة وسبعة وسبعون ألف وخمسمائة (1,177,500) ريال سعودي. تم تحول فرع مصنع معن بن حمد الجاسر إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بتاريخ 16/12/1421هـ (الموافق 11/03/2001م) تحت مسمى شركة الرياض لدرفلة الحديد المحدودة وبرأس مال قدره (5,000,000) خمسة ملايين ريال سعودي، وبتاريخ 04/11/1426هـ (الموافق 06/12/2005م) قام الشركاء بتعديل الاسم التجاري، وبتاريخ 29/12/1430هـ (الموافق 16/11/2009م) قام الشركاء بزيادة رأس مال الشركة من (5,000,000) خمسة ملايين ريال سعودي إلى (10,700,000) عشرة ملايين وسبعمائة ألف ريال سعودي مقسماً إلى (10,700) عشرة آلاف وسبعمائة حصة، وبتاريخ 22/12/1442 هـ (الموافق 01/08/2021م) قام الشركاء بزيادة رأس مال الشركة من (10,700,000) عشرة مليون وسبعمائة ألف ريال سعودي إلى (40,000,000) أربعون مليون ريال سعودي عن طريق تحويل الأرباح المبقاة، وبتاريخ 01/05/1443هـ (الموافق 09/08/2021م) قام الشركاء بتعديل مدة الشركة من (10) سنوات إلى (99) سنة، ورفع رأس مال الشركة من (40,000,000) أربعون مليون ريال سعودي إلى (50,000,000) خمسون مليون ريال سعودي وذلك عن طريق تحويل جزء من الأرباح المبقاة بمبلغ (10,000,000) عشرة ملايين ريال سعودي، بناءً على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتاريخ 18/04/1443هـ (الموافق 23/11/2021م)، وتم زيادة رأس مال الشركة من (50,000,000) خمسون مليون ريال سعودي إلى (70,000,000) سبعون مليون ريال سعودي وذلك عن طريق تحويل جزء من الأرباح المبقاة بمبلغ (20,000,000) عشرون مليون ريال سعودي، بناءً على اجتماع الجمعية العامة غير العادية المنعقدة بتاريخ 24/12/1445هـ (الموافق 30/06/2024م).
