يتمثل نشاط الشركة الرئيسي في خدمات تأجير السيارات والمركبات طويل الأجل وقصير الأجل للمؤسسات والشركات الكبرى، حيث تقدم خدمات التأجير طويل الأجل وقصير الأجل للشركات والمؤسسات من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من السيارات والمركبات التي تناسب جميع الفئات وقطاعات الأعمال المتنوعة. كما توفر الشركة خيارات متعددة في خدمات التأجير، منها تأجير المركبات بدون سائق وتأجير المركبات مع السائق. بالإضافة إلى نشاط تأجير السيارات والمركبات تقوم الشركة ببيع السيارات الجديدة وكذلك السيارات المستخدمة بعد انتهاء عمرها التشغيلي
Company History
بدأت الشركة نشاطها كمؤسسة فردية باسم مؤسسة ريال للاستثمار والتنمية، وبموجب السجل التجاري رقم 2050024818 الصادر من مدينة الدمام بتاريخ 17081413ه الموافق 09021993م، وبرأس مال قدره 10000 ريال سعودي. وبموجب عقد التأسيس الصادر بتاريخ 06091431ه الموافق 16082010م تنازل مالك المؤسسة عن كامل المؤسسة وفروعها إلى طارق القحطاني وصلاح القحطاني وهيفاء الصقير وشمس القحطاني ومي القحطاني وضحى القحطاني وشركة عبدالهادي عبدالله القحطاني وأولاده، وتم تحويل المؤسسة وفروعها إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مع إبقاء رقم السجل التجاري كما هو دون تغيير. وتم تقييم صافي أصول المؤسسة وفروعها بمبلغ 2000000 ريال سعودي، وبناءً على ذلك، تم تعديل رأس مال الشركة ليصبح 2000000 ريال سعودي مقسم إلى 2000 حصة، قيمة كل حصة 1000 ريال سعودي. وبتاريخ 03041443ه الموافق 08112021م قرر الشركاء زيادة رأس المال 80000000 ريال سعودي وذلك من خلال رسملة مبلغ 67976285 ريال سعودي من رصيد الأرباح المبقاة. بالإضافة إلى تحويل حصص نقدية بمبلغ 9023715 ريال سعودي من حساب مساهمة الشركاء وتحويل مبلغ 1000000 ريال سعودي من رصيد الاحتياطي القانوني. وبتاريخ 17091443ه الموافق 18042022م قرر الشركاء التنازل عن جزء من حصصهم لصالح شركاء جدد والبالغ عددهم 80 شريك. وآلت إليهم ملكية الحصص المتنازل عنها. كما رغب الشركاء بتحويل الكيان القانوني للشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة. وبموجب قرار معالي وزير التجارة الصادر بالرقم 1025 وبتاريخ 08111443هـ الموافق 07062022م تم تحويل الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة برأس مال يبلغ 80000000 مليون ريال سعودي مقسم إلى 8000000 ملايين سهم عادي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل وبقيمة اسمية قدرها 10 ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد. يبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي 80000000 ريال سعودي مقسم إلى 8000000 سهم عادي، وبقيمة اسمية تبلغ 10 ريالات سعودية. لكل سهم وجميعها أسهم عادية ومتطابقة من جميع النواحي ومدفوعة القيمة بالكامل.
