تمارس الشركة نشاطها بموجب السجل التجاري رقم (2050032335) وتاريخ 12/01/1418هـ (الموافق 19/05/1997م) الصادر بمدينة الدمام، وترخيص مزاولة نشاط الوكالات البحرية رقم (0084 / 522912) الصادر في تاريخ 06/04/1441ه (الموافق 03/12/2019م) من الهيئة العامة للموانئ وتتمثل أنشطة الشركة كما في سجلها التجاري في أنشطة وكالات النقل والشحن البحري والخدمات اللوجستية. وتتمثل أنشطة الشركة وفقاً لنظامها الأساسي بما يلي الزراعة والصيد. المناجم والبترول وفروعها. الصناعات التحويلية وفروعها حسب التراخيص الصناعية. الكهرباء، والغاز، والماء وفروعه. التشييد والبناء. النقل والتخزين والتبريد. خدمات المال والأعمال والخدمات الأخرى. خدمات اجتماعية وجماعية وشخصية. التجارة. تقنية المعلومات. الأمن والسلامة. الشحن الجوي. ممارسة نقل البضائع والمهمات لأجر على الطريق البرية بالمملكة بموجب ترخيص وزارة النقل (050111009700) بتاريخ 24/10/1435ه مزاولة أعمال الوكالات البحرية بموجب الترخيص رقم (367) وتاريخ 04/03/1430ه وفحص البضائع ومعاينتها ومزاولة أعمال التحميل والتفريغ للبواخر وخدمات التعبئة والتغليف وصيانة وتشغيل مستودعات التبريد والتخزين والخدمات الصناعية وصيانة وإصلاح الماكينات والمعدات غير الكهربائية. ويتمثل نشاط الشركة الفعلي الحالي كالاتي أنشطة وكالات النقل والشحن البحري نقل البضائع على الطرق البرية. الشحن الجوي. الاعمال اللوجستية. ولا تمارس الشركة أنشطتها إلا بعد الحصول على التراخيص النظامية إن وجدت والتي تتطلبها الأنظمة السائدة والمعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Company History
تأسست شركة المناولة للشحن كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بموجب عقد التأسيس بتاريخ 10/11/1417ه (الموافق 19/03/1997م) وبموجب السجل التجاري رقم (2050032335) الصادر بمدينة الدمام بتاريخ 12/01/1418ه (الموافق 19/05/1997م)، برأس مال قدره خمسمائة ألف (500,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى خمسين (50) حصة نقدية وقيمة كل حصة عشرة آلاف (10,000) ريال سعودي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل وبتاريخ 23/06/1438هـ (الموافق 22/03/2017م) تحولت الشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة برأس مال يبلغ عشرة ملايين (10,000,000) ريال سعودي، مقسم إلى مليون (1,000,000) سهم، قيمة كل سهم منها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية، وجميعها أسهم عادية مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل، وقد تم قيد الشركة بسجل الشركات المساهمة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (ق/211) وتاريخ 28/06/1438هـ (الموافق 27/03/2017م)، والقرار الوزاري رقم (ق/274) وتاريخ 15/08/1438هـ (الموافق 11/05/2017م). يبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي عشرة ملايين (10,000,000) ريال سعودي، مقسم إلى مليون (1,000,000) سهم عادي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل، قيمة كل سهم منها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية، وجميعها أسهم عادية من فئة واحدة. ولا يُعطى أي مساهم أي حقوق تفضيلية
