تأسست شركة ميار القابضة كشركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة بموجب سجل تجاري رقم (1010398836) بتاريخ 20 /02/1435 ه) الموافق 23 /12/ 2013 م(والصادر من مدينة الرياض برأس مال قدره مليونا ( 2,000,000 ) ريالاً سعودي ا مقسم إلى عدد مئتا ألف ( 200,000 ) سهم عادي متساوية القيمة وبقيمة اسميه قدرها عشرة ( 10 ) ريالات سعودية ويبلغ رأس المال الحالي للشركة ستون مليون(60.000.000) ريال سعودي، مقسم بواقع عدد ستة ملايين ( 6,000,000) سهم عادي متساوية القيمة ومدفوعة بالكامل, وتبلغ القيمة الأسمية لكل سهم عشرة (10) ريالات وهذه الأسهم مملوكة لعدد مائة واثنا ن وخمسون (152) مساهم من ضمنهم أسهم الخزينة.
