شركة عبدالعزيز ومنصور ابراهيم البابطين (الشركة أو المصدر) هي شركة مساهمة مقفلة بموجب عقد التأسيس بتاريخ 07/01/1430ه (الموافق 04/01/2009م) والقرار الوزاري بالموافقة على ترخيص بالتحول إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة رقم (ق/204) وتاريخ 27/10/1429ه (الموافق 27/20/2008م)، والقرار الوزاري بالموافقة على الإعلان بتحول الشركة إلى مساهمة مقفلة رقم (ق/239) وتاريخ 17/07/1442ه (الموافق 01/03/2021م) والسجل التجاري رقم (1010173607) وتاريخ 14/11/1422ه (الموافق 27/01/2002م) الصادر بمدينة الرياض برأس مال قدره اربعة وثلاثون مليون (34,000,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى ثلاثة ملايين وأربعمائة ألف (3,400,000) سهم عادي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل قيمة كل سهم منها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية.ويمثل عنوان الشركة الرئيسي كما هو مذكور في السجل التجاري في طريق عقل السلي - الرياض - ص.ب 27901 الرمز البريدي 11427 المملكة العربية السعودية
