تأسست شركة رؤوم التجارية كمؤسسة فردية، ثم بعد ذلك تحولت إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بتاريخ 06/03/1436هـ الموافق (28/12/2014م)، بتاريخ 04 / 09 / 1438 ه (الموافق 30 / 05 / 2017 م) صدر قرار مدير عام وزارة التجارة رقم (ق/ 291) بناءً على الصلاحيات الممنوحة له بموجب قرار معالي وزير التجارة رقم ( 60476 ) وتاريخ 19 / 11 / 1437 ه (الموافق22/08/2016م) بالموافقة على الترخيص بتحول شركة رؤوم التجارية من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة الى شركة مساهمة مقفلة
