Company History
-تأسست الشــركة الوطنيــة للبنــاء والتســويق فــي مدينــة الريــاض كشــركة ذات مسـئولية محـدودة بموجـب سـجل تجـاري رقـم 1010153678 بتاريـخ 17/01/1420هــ بـرأس مـال )500.000 خمسـمائة ألـف ريـال سـعودي) ثـم تحولـت إلـى شـركة مسـاهمة سـعودية مقفلـة بـرأس مـال (2.000.000) اثنـان مليـون ريـال . -تحولت الى شركة مساهمة مدرجة بموجب القرار الوزارى رقم ( 70/ق ) بتاريخ 29-3-1435هـ الموافق 30-1-2014م و بموجب النظام الأساسي للشركة و آخر تعديلاته بتاريخ 22-5-2017م . - تمـت أخـر زيـادة فـي رأس مـال الشـركة بتاريخ 31 ديسمبر 2020م ليصبـح (120.000.000) مائة و عشرون مليون ريـال سـعودي مقسـم إلـى (12.000.000) مليـون سـهم القيمـة الاسـمية للسـهم الواحـد منهـا عشـرة (10) ريـالات سـعودية، وكلهـا أسـهم عاديـة نقديـة.
