بدأت شركة الأندية للرياضة أعمالها عام 1994م، وهي أول الشركات الوطنية المتخصصة في تشغيل المراكز الرياضية، وتُعد اليوم من بين أكبر الشركات المشغّلة لسلاسل الأندية الرياضية في المملكة العربية السعودية، من خلال تشغيلها لثلاث علامات تجارية رئيسية: بودي ماسترز، بودي موشنز، وبودي إكسبرتس. تدير شركة الأندية للرياضة مراكزها الرياضية في مختلف مناطق ومدن المملكة، وتسعى إلى دعم وتطوير البنية التحتية لقطاع اللياقة البدنية من خلال تقديم حلول متكاملة للصحة واللياقة على مستوى المملكة. وتخدم محفظة العلامات التجارية التابعة للشركة شرائح متنوعة من المجتمع، حيث يخدم بودي ماسترز الرجال، وتستهدف بودي موشنز السيدات، فيما يُعد بودي إكسبرتس مزوداً شاملاً لحلول اللياقة البدنية للقطاعات الحكومية والخاصة (B2B / B2C). وتقدم الشركة باقات اشتراك مرنة لمدة 3 أشهر، و6 أشهر، و12 شهراً، إلى جانب مجموعة من الخدمات الأخرى مثل التدريب الشخصي، وتحليل مكونات الجسم، والبرامج المتخصصة. كما توفّر الشركة تجربة رقمية متكاملة عبر تطبيق الهاتف المحمول والمواقع الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى برامج الولاء والعروض الترويجية، والشراكات المؤسسية مع الجهات الحكومية والخاصة في مجال الصحة
Company History
شركة الأندية للرياضة هي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة، تأسست في مدينة الرياض عام 1994م، وتحمل السجل التجاري رقم (1010167892) بتاريخ26/4/1422 هـ (الموافق 17/7/2001م). تحوّلت لاحقاً إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (1260) وتاريخ (2/3/1444هـ) الموافق (28/9/2022م). ويبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي 114,400,000 ريال سعودي، مقسمة إلى 114,400,000 سهم عادي بقيمة اسمية قدرها ريال سعودي واحد (1) للسهم الواحد، مدفوع بالكامل. منذ انطلاقتها، ساهمت الشركة في تطوير قطاع اللياقة بالمملكة، وهي اليوم شريك فاعل في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 عبر نشر ثقافة الحياة الصحية وزيادة نسبة ممارسي الرياضة في المجتمع.
