يشمل النشاط الأساسي لـ اكسترا تجارة التجزئة للأجهزة الإلكترونية والمنزلية والإتصالات والحلول والخدمات المرتبطة بهم
Company History
تأسست اكسترا فى البدايه كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بتاريخ 17 شوال 1422، وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية في مدينة الرياض. تم نقل المكتب الرئيسي للشركة إلى مدينة الخبر بتاريخ 17 صفر 1424 هـ. تحولت الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة سعودية بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 65 /ق بتاريخ 3 ربيع الأول 1431هـ . وتم تسجيل الشركة في السجل التجاري تحت رقم 2051029841 بتاريخ 10 جمادى الثاني 1425 ه في مدينة الخبر في المملكة العربية السعودية ، تبيع اكسترا بالتجزئة مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات والخدمات التي تشمل كافة الأجهزة الإلكترونية والمنزلية. مما يطرح عدة خيارات أمام العملاء. ويتم تحديث البضائع الموجودة باستمرار، حيث يعمل الفريق التجاري وبشكل وثيق مع قاعدة الموردين لضمان أن يتم طرح أحدث التقنيات والمنتجات الجديدة في الأسواق لأول مرة من قِبل شركة اكسترا. وتتكون قائمة الأصناف والمنتجات الرئيسية التي توفرها اكسترا من: أجهزة التلفاز والأجهزة السمعية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر وأجهزة الإتصال المتنقلة وأجهزة التصوير الرقمي والصوتي وأجهزة الألعاب الإلكترونية وكافة الأجهزة المنزلية. بالإضافة للمنتجات والأصناف التي توفرها اكسترا للمستهلكين، فإنها أيضاً توفر لهم منتجات خدمية متميزة تساعدهم على الشعور بالإطمئنان والراحة التامة بعد الشراء. حيث تتنوع هذه الخدمات بين المتطلبات الأساسية مثل: خدمات التوصيل والتركيب، والخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة مثل: خدمات الكمبيوتر والضمان الممدد والمعلومات التثقيفية داخل المعارض.
