تتمثل أنشطة الشركة وفقًا لسجلها التجاري الرئيسي وسجلاتها الفرعية بالآتي: تمديدات خطوط المياه بين المدن وداخلها وإنشاء شبكات جديدة وصيانتها، وإنشاء وإصلاح المحطات والخطوط الرئيسية لتوزيع المياه، وإنشاء وإصلاح قنوات الري والسقي وأبراج تخزين الماء الرئيسية وحفر آبار المياه وصيانتها، وإنشاء وإصلاح محطات ومشاريع الصرف الصحي وشبكات المجاري والمضخات، وإنشاء السدود. إصلاح وصيانة الأنابيب وخطوط الأنابيب وأجهزة تنقية المياه، وجمع المياه وتنقيتها والتخلص من مياه المجاري، وتشغيل شبكات ومرافق معالجة الصرف الصحي، وتمديد أنابيب النفط والغاز، وحفر آبار المياه الأنبوبية، وتمديدات أنابيب الري وصيانتها وإصلاحها، وإدارة المشاريع الانشائية. البيع بالتجزئة للأدوات الكهربائية وتمديداتها، وبيع أجهزة القياس والرقابة ومعدات وأجهزة الملاحة، وبيع معدات ضخ المياه، وبيع أجهزة ومعدات ومستلزمات تنقية المياه بالتجزئة، والبيع بالتجزئة للمولدات الكهربائية ولوازمها. نقل وتوزيع المياه، وإنشاء وإصلاح الطرق والشوارع والأرصفة ومستلزمات الطرق، وإنشاء محطات الطاقة الكهربائية والمحولات، وإنشاء أرصفة الموانئ والإنشاءات البحرية، وتنظيف الممرات المائية، وسحب المياه الجوفية وتجفيف المواقع، وتركيب شبكات الطاقة الشمسية وصيانتها وإصلاحها، وأنشطة إدارة مشاريع كفاءة الطاقة.

شركة الخريّف لتقنية المياه والطاقة هي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة تأسست بموجب القرار الوزاري 359 وتاريخ 09/10/1441هـ (الموافق 01/06/2020م) والمقيّدة بالسجل التجاري رقم 1010085982 وتاريخ 22/02/1412هـ (الموافق 02/09/1991م) بمدينة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي مائتان وخمسون مليون (250,000,000) ريـال سعودي،مقسم إلى خمسةوعشرون مليون (25,000,000) سهم عادي بقيمة اسمية مدفوعة بالكامل قدرها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد.بدأت الشركة نشاطها في عام 1985م كوحدة أعمال ضمن شركة أبناء عبدالله إبراهيم الخريّف، وهي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة مقيّدة بالسجل التجاري رقم 1010000878 وتاريخ 09/02/1434هـ (الموافق 22/12/2012م). ومن ثم تأسست الشركة كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة باسم شركة الخريّف للصيانة والتشغيل وقيّدت بالسجل التجاري بمدينة الرياض برقم 1010085982 وتاريخ 22/02/1412هـ (الموافق 02/09/1991م) وبرأس مال قدره خمسة ملايين (5,000,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى خمسة آلاف (5,000) حصة نقدية وعينية.
