تتمثل أنشطة الشركة وفقاً لنظامها الأساس وسجلها التجاري فيما يلي: 1) نقل وتوزيع المياه. 2) تشغيل شبكات ومرافق معالجة الصرف الصحي. 3) الإنشاءات العامة للمباني غير السكنية مثل المدارس والمستشفيات والفنادق. 4) إنشاء المحطات والخطوط الرئيسية لتوزيع المياه. 5)إنشاء محطات ومشاريع الصرف الصحي وشبكات المجاري والمضخات.
Company History
تأسست الشركة في 2008 كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة باسم مياهنا بالسجل التجاري رقم 1010253603 وتاريخ 16/07/1429هـ (الموافق 20/07/2008م)، برأس مال مدفوع بالكامل قدره خمسمائة ألف (500,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى خمسة آلاف (5,000) حصة نقدية متساوية القيمة، بقيمة اسمية مدفوعة بالكامل قدرها مائة (100) ريال سعودي للحصة الواحدة. وفي 15/11/2023م، أعتمد قرار المساهمين بتحول الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة، والذي تضمن أيضاً الموافقة على زيادة رأس مال الشركة من خمسمئة ألف (500,000) ريال سعودي إلى مئة وستين مليوناً وتسعمئة وخمسة وعشرين ألفاً وخمسمئة وثلاثة وأربعين (160,925,543) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى مئة وستين مليوناً وتسعمئة وخمسة وعشرين ألفاً وخمسمئة وثلاثة وأربعين (160,925,543) سهم بقيمة اسمية متساوية قدرها ريال سعودي واحد للسهم الواحد.
