تأسست شركة التصنيع الوطنية عام 1405هـ(1985م) براس مال مدفوع 600000000 ريال سعودي كأول شركة مساهمة سعودية مملوكة بالكامل للقطاع الخاص حيث انطلقت من القناعة التامة بان الخيار الصناعي يعتبر من افضل الخيارات لتنويع القاعدة الاقتصادية ودفع عجلة التنمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
