Company overview
تمثل أنشطة الشركة في إنشاء وإدارة وتشغيل والاستثمار في المنشآت الصناعية حيث تتمثل النشاطات الرئيسية للشركات التابعة بما يلي : إنتاج وتسويق وتوزيع الأدوية والمستحضرات الدوائية. إنتاج المركبات الكيميائية والمواد البلاستيكية المضافة ومركزات الألوان ومنتجات بلاستيكية أخرى. إنتاج الأسمدة الكيميائية السائلة ومبيدات الحشرات الزراعية وتجارة الجملة والتجزئة والأعلاف ومبيدات الحشرات بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ عقود المشاريع الزراعية. الإنشاءات الحديدية على الأبنية الصناعية وهياكل الأبنية. إنتاج قضبان التسليح وعلاوة على ذلك، تعمل المجموعة أيضا في التعدين والمعادن وإنشاء المصانع اللازمة لمعالجتها. عدا النشاط الأخير أعلاه فإن شركات المجموعة تمارس نشاطاتها داخل وخارج السعودية.
Company History
تأسست الشركة في 22/08/1988م كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة وتم تحويلها إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة في 6 يناير 2008م برأس مال قدرة 630,000,000 ريال والذي تم رفعة بعد تحويل الشركة إلى مساهمة عامة إلى 741,176,470 ريال خلال الاكتتاب العام. وفي وقت لاحق، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 800,000,000 ريال سعودي من خلال إصدار أسهم منحة في 2015.
