تعتبر الشركة امتداد للنشاط الذي بدأه المرحوم ابراهيم شاكر منذ عام 1950م في ريادة مجال توفير أجهزة التكييف والأجهزة المنزلية للسوق السعودي. حاليا تعتبر الشركة مظلة لمجموعة شركات تتعامل بعدة علامات تجارية لمكيفات وأجهزة منزلية ذات صيت عالمي.
