Company overview
يتمثل النشاط الرئيسي للشركة في أنتاج ورق التعبئة والتغليف والورق الصناعي ويشمل ورق التعبئة والتغليف (ورق الكرتون المبطن ، ورق الكرتون المتعرج ، ورق الكرافت، ورق الكرتون المتعرج المعالج كيميائيا لتحمل درجات الرطوبة العالية) كما يشمل الورق الصناعي (الورق المستخدم في تصنيع الانابيب الكرتونية ، ورق الكرافت المستخدم في انتاج الواح الفورميكا ، الورق المستخدم في تصنيع الالواح الجبسية،) وتراعي الشركة أعلي معايير الجودة والحفاظ على البيئة عند إنتاجها لهذه المنتجات كما تعمل الشركة دائما على تطوير منتجاتها لتلبية متغيرات واحتياجات السوق
Company History
تأسست شركة الشرق الأوسط لصناعة وإنتاج الورق كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في العام 1421هـ (الموافق 2000م) برأسمال يبلغ (15مليون) ريال، وفي العام 1432هـ (الموافق 2011م) تمت زيادة رأسمال الشركة على مراحل حتى بلغ (360 مليون) ريال، وفي العام 1433هـ (الموافق 2012م) تحولت إلي شركة مساهمة مغلقة بقرار وزير التجارة والصناعة رقم 44/ق ، وفي العام 1435هـ (الموافق 2014م) تمت زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى (400 مليون) ريال، وبعد ذلك تمت زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى (500 مليون) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى (50 مليون) سهم عادي بقيمة أسمية قدرها (10) عشرة ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد ، وفي عام 1444 هـ الموافق 2022 تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 666,666,660 مليون ريال مقسمة إلى 66,666,666 سهم عادي بقيمة أسمية قدرها (10) عشرة ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد، وفي عام 1445هـ الموافق 2023م تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة ليصبح 866,666,650 ريالًا سعوديًا مقسمة إلى 866,666,65 سهماً عادياً بقيمة اسمية قدرها (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد وهو رأس مال الشركة الحالي.
