تزاول الشركة نشاط تأجير السيارات بموجب عقد امتياز من شركة بدجت العالمية لتأجير السيارات (بدجت). وتعتبر الشركة صاحبة أكبر امتياز لبدجت العالمية في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. وتقدم الشركة مختلف خدمات المواصلات من التأجير قصير الأجل والطويل الأجل لسيارات الركاب والمركبات التجارية وبيع السيارات المستعملة.

تأسست الشركة في 16 محرم 1399هـ الموافق 17 ديسمبر 1978م لمزاولة نشاط تأجير السيارات وهي شركة مساهمة سعودية رأسمالها 711 مليون ريال.
