Company overview
يتمثل نشاط شركة المنجم للأغذية في استيراد وتسويق وتوزيع وتصنيع مجموعة متنوعة من الأغذية المجمدة والمبردة والجافة عالية الجودة وتوفيرها للملايين في أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية ،وذلك من خلال تشغيل سلسلة من أكبر مخازن التبريد والتجميد في المملكة، حيث توفر الشـركة تحت مظلتها أكثر من 700 صنف غذائي مصنفة تحت خمس فئات رئيسية، هي :اللحوم الحمراء والبيضاء والفواكه والخضار المجمدة ومشتقات الألبان والزيتون وزيت الزيتون ومنتجات أخرى تحت علامات تجارية معروفة عالمياً في فئتها، كما تسوق الشركة علاماتها التجارية الخاصة بها مثل : داري، مونتانا، الأنعام السعودية والهبرة وغيرها عبر أكثر من 18 ألف منفذ بيع تتوزع بين تجارة البيع بالتجزئة والجملة وخدمات الأغذية، وتدير الشركة 14 فرعاً حول المملكة، منها 12 مخزن تبريد وتجميد مجهزة بأحدث المعدات والتقنيات بالإضافة إلى مصنع لإنتاج اللحوم في جدة يشمل انتاج اللحم المفروم وصدور ومصنعات الدجاج وغيرها.
Company History
بدأت رحلة تطور أعمال الشـركة في عام 1950م عندما أسس عبدالله العلي المنجم رحمه الله بمدينة الرياض مؤسسة فردية لتجارة المواد الغذائية ؛وصدر أول سجل تجاري لها برقم 565 وتاريخ 11/11/1376هـالموافق 09/06/1957م ، وبعد وفاته رحمه الله، تغير الكيان القانوني للمؤسسة لتصبح شـركة أبناء عبدالله العلي المنجم وذلك في عام 1982م. وفي تاريخ 07/04/1428 هـ الموافق 24/04/2007م، قام المساهمون بشـركة أبناء عبدالله العلي المنجم بتأسيس الشـركة كشركة سعودية ذات مسؤولية محدودة باسم شركة ثلاجات المنجم، بسجل تجاري رقم 1010231822 وبرأس مال قدره (150.000.000ريال) مائة وخمسون مليون ريالاً سعودياً . وفي تاريخ 16/06/1442هـ الموافق 28/02/2021م، تم الانتهاء من تحويل الشركة من ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة (مقفلة) وتعديل اسمها ليصبح (شـركة المنجم للأغذية)؛ وزيادة رأس مالها من (150.000.000ريال) مائة وخمسون مليون ريال، إلى (600.000.000 ريال) ستمائة مليون ريال (لمزيد من المعلومات يرجى مراجعة نشرة إصدار الشركة)
