تأسست شركة العمران للصناعة والتجارة كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بموجب السجل التجاري رقم 1010187735 الصادربتاريخ 18/04/1424هـ (الموافق 19/06/2003م) وبرأس مال يبلغ ثلاثة ملايين ومائتين الف (3,200,000) ريال سعودي وتحت مسمى شركة العمران للمطابخ المعدنية بتاريخ 13/2/1428هـ (الموافق 01/05/2007م) صدرالقرارالوزاري رقم (40/ق) الخاص بتحويل الشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة برأسمال يبلغ ستون مليون (60,000,000) ريال مقسم إلى ستة ملايين (6,000,000) سهم عادي بقيمة إسمية تبلغ عشرة (10) ريالات للسهم الواحد وتعديل اسم الشركة ليصبح شركة العمران للصناعة والتجارة.
