Company overview
1- مشروع شركة مكة الأول: قامت الشركة بإنجاز مشروعها الأول الذي يقع في محيط الحرم المكي الشريف والذي يتألف من مركز تجاري (يضم مصلى يتسع 20,000 مصلي) وأبراج سكنية فندقية طبقا لأعلى المواصفات الهندسية العالمية، حيث تقوم شركة مكة بإدارة وتشغيل المركز التجاري، وتقوم واحدة من أعرق شركات الفنادق العالمية بتشغيل الفندق والأبراج ومواقف السيارات. 2- تعتبر شركة مكة للإنشاء والتعمير المساهم الأكبر في رأس مال شركة جبل عمر للتطوير التي تقوم حاليا بتنفيذ مشروع تطوير جبل عمر الواقع على شارع إبراهيم الخليل بمكة المكرمة.
Company History
تأسست شركة مكة للانشاء والتعمير (شركة مساهمة سعودية) وفقا لنظام الشركات وذلك بموحب المرسوم الملكي رقم م/5 بتاريخ 13/11/1408هـ برأس مال قدره 1,355,000,000 ريال سعودي، ثم تمت زيادته إلى 1,648,162,400 ريال سعودي. أغراض الشركة: 1- تعمير الأماكن المجاروة للمسجد الحرام. 2- إمتلاك العقارات المجاورة للمسجد الحرام وتطويرها وإدارتها واستثمارها وشراؤها وتأجيرها. 3- القيام بكافة الأعمال الهندسية اللازمة للإنشاء والتعمير والصيانة وأعمال الهدم والمسح الخاصة بها
