استيراد وتصدير وتجارة الجملة والتجزئة في المنسوجات والملبوسات الجاهزة
Company History
تأسّست شركة ثوب الاصيل كشركة ذات مسئولية محدودة بتاريخ 08-07-1409هـ الموافق 14-02-1989م برأس مال قدره (2.000.000) مليوني ريال سعودي وتم قيدها بالسجل التجاري بمدينة الرياض بموجب شهادة رقم (1010071301). بتاريخ 16-09-1435هـ الموافق 13-07-2014م تمت زيادة راس المال الي (50.000.000) ريال سعودي وبتاريخ 25-11-1437هـ الموافق 28-08-2016م صدرت موافقة وزارة التجارة والاستثمار على الترخيص بتحول الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة مع الاحتفاظ بنفس الاسم ورقم السجل التجاري ورأس المال البالغ (50.000.000) خمسين مليون ريال، وقد تم تسجيل الشركة كشركة مساهمة بموجب شهادة السجل التجاري رقم شهادة رقم (1010071301) وتاريخ 15-07-1409 هـ الموافق 21-02-1989م، وبتاريخ 08-03-2017م وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية على زيادة رأس المال من (50.000.000) خمسين مليون ريال إلى (150,000,000) مائة وخمسين مليون ريال، بعد ذلك وافقت الجمعية العامة الغير عادية للشركة المنعقدة بتاريخ 20-10-1439هـ الموافق 04-07-2018م على رفع رأس مال الشركة من (150.000.000) مائة وخمسين مليون ريال إلى (300.000.000) ثلاث مائة مليون ريال وقد اجتمعت الجمعية العامة الغير عادية للشركة بتاريخ 1443/03/15 الموافق 2021/10/21هـ وقررت زيادة رأس المال من (300.000.000) ثلاث مائة مليون ريال إلى (400,000,000) أربع مائة مليون ريال
