شركة إدارات للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات هي شركة مساهمة تأسست بموجب عقد التأسيس بتاريخ 25/02/2008 م، وحدد رأس مال الشركة المصرح به بمبلغ 100,800,000 مئة مليون وثمانمائة ألف ريال سعودي، وحدد رأس مال الشركة المصدر بمبلغ 50,400,000 خمسون مليوناً وأربعمائة ألف ريال سعودي مقسم إلى 5,040,000 خمسة ملايين وأربعون ألف سهم متساوية القيمة قيمة كل منها عشرة ريالات (10) ريال سعودي ، ويتمثل عنوان الشركة الرئيسي في الرياض شارع الملك عبدالعزيز، حي الياسمين ، المملكة العربية السعودية.
