إنتاج الاسمنت بأنواعه بموجب الترخيص الصناعي رقم 900/ ص وتاريخ 28/4/1426هـ المعدل بالقرار الوزاري رقم (1405/ ص) وتاريخ 26/7/1426هـ، إدارة وتشغيل مصانع الإسمنت البورتلاندي بجميع أنواعه، تجارة الجملة والتجزئة في منتجات الشركة ومواد البناء بما في ذلك استيرادها وتصديرها للخارج، إدارة وتشغيل وصيانة المنشآت الصناعية المكملة لغرض الشركة، تملك العقار لإقامة منشآت الشركة، الوكالات التجارية.
Company History
تأسست شركة إسمنت المنطقة الشمالية كشركة مساهمة سعودية بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 377 وتاريخ 15/02/1427هـ (الموافق 16/03/2006م) والسجل التجاري رقم 3451002618 وتاريخ 19/02/1427هـ (الموافق 20/03/2006م) برأس مال قدره (1,200,000,000) مليار ومئتان مليون ريال سعودي، مقسم إلى (120,000,000) مائة وعشرون مليون سهماً عادياً بقيمة اسمية قدرها (10) عشرة ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد. في 02/12/1432هـ (الموافق 29/10/2011م) قررت الجمعية العامة غير العادية زيادة رأس مال الشركة بمبلغ (600,000,000) ستمائة مليون ريال سعودي ليصبح إجمالي رأس مال الشركة بعد الزيادة (1,800,000,000) مليار وثمانمائة مليون ريال سعودي.
