Company History
تأسست الشركة كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في 13/02/1409ه برأس مال 9,600,000 ريال سعودي، وسجلها التجاري 4030065231 في 18/09/1409ه، ساهمت الزامل القابضة 40٪ وعمر قاسم العيسائي وشركاه 30٪ وعبدالرحمن أنعم 30٪. في 20/03/1411ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 14,000,000 ريال سعودي. في 14/10/1411ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 19,000,000 ريال سعودي. في 12/06/1413ه تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 24,000,000 ريال سعودي. في30/07/1415ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 30,500,000 ريال سعودي. في 15/01/1417ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 31,600,000 ريال سعودي، قام عبدالرحمن أنعم بالتنازل عن 30٪ لفريمكس للاستثمار. في 23/10/1424ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 50,000,000 ريال سعودي. وفي 2001م، تم الاستحواذ على رأس مال مصنع الكرتون السعودي بمقابل 73.2 مليون ريال سعودي، وفي 09/01/1430ه، تم اندماجها مع الشركة وتم تحويلها إلى فرع لها، وتم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 56,750,000 ريال سعودي. في 18/03/1437ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 200,000,000 ريال سعودي. في 06/04/1438هـ، تحولت الشركة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة، وقامت الزامل القابضة بالتنازل عن 5٪ للزامل للاستثمار و5٪ للشرقية للاستثمار الصناعي. في 19/10/1445ه، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى 400,000,000 ريال سعودي.
