شركة رسن لتقنية المعلومات، شركة مساهمة سعودية مدرجة في السوق المالية وقد تأسست بموجب قرار وزارة التجارة رقم 1158 وتاريخ 10/01/1444هـ (الموافق 08/08/2022م)، وبموجب السجل التجاري رقم 1010476663 وتاريخ 05/08/1437هـ (الموافق 12/05/2016م)، وتم إدراجها في السوق المالية السعودية بتاريخ 13 يونيو 2024م.
