Company overview
بدأت شركة أرماح الرياضية أعمالها عام 2019م كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، لتشغيل المراكز الرياضية للرجال والنساء، تقوم استراتيجية الشركة على توسيع تواجدها وزيادة عدد أنديتها في المدن الرئيسية المملكة من خلال إنشاء أندية جديدة في مدن مختلفة والحرص على اختيار المواقع المناسبة لأنديتها بما يتماشى مع معاييرها، فشملت استراتيجية الشركة تكوين شبكة أندية تبلغ 35 نادياً. قدمت الشركة علامتيها التجاريتين بي فيت (B_Fit) وابتيمو (Optimo) على أنهما مفهوم جديد للنادي الصحي واللياقة البدنية لسوق الشرق الأوسط. بالشراكة مع وكالة عالمية يقع مقرها الرئيسي في لندن، تم إعداد التصميم الداخلي والعلامة التجارية لأندية الشركة، وركزت فيه الشركة على إضفاء الذكاء كصفة أساسية في أنديتها كصبغة مميزة لعلاماتها، فشملت أنديتها خيارات واسعة من الابتكارات التقنية. كما عملت الشركة على تنويع منتجاتها المباعة وهي 1- الاشتراكات الشهرية. 2- المنتجات التي تنتقل مليكتها للعميل مباشرة في لحظة البيع. 3- حصص التدريب الشخصي.

شركة أرماح الرياضية هي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة تأسست بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم 1292 وتاريخ 17/03/1444ه (الموافق 13/10/2022م) والمقيدة بالسجل التجاري رقم 1010559940 وتاريخ 14 / 06/ 1440ه (الموافق 19/ 02 / 2019م) الصادر من مدينة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية. يبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي مئتين وسبعة وثمانين مليوناً وخمسمائة وخمسة وعشرين ألف (287,525,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى ثمانية وعشرين مليوناً وسبعمائة واثنين وخمسين ألفاً وخمسمائة (28,752,500) سهم عادي بقيمة اسمية مدفوعة بالكامل قدرها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد.
