Company History
تأسست الشركة ابتداءً كشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة بتاريخ 24/10/1408هـ (الموافق 09/06/1988م) برأس مال وقدره خمسمائة ألف (500,000) ريال سعودي مدفوع بالكامل وتم قيدها في السجل التجاري لمدينة الرياض بالرقم 1010069210 باسم ''شركة علم للأبحاث والتطوير'' والذي تم تغييره في وقت لاحق إلى ''شركة العلم لأمن المعلومات''. بتاريخ 03/11/1428هـ (الموافق 13/11/2007م)، تحولت الشركة من شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة شخص واحد مساهمة مقفلة كما تم زيادة رأس المال من خمسمائة ألف (500,000) ريال سعودي إلى خمسين مليون (50,000,000) ريال سعودي مدفوع بالكامل مقسم إلى خمسة ملايين (5,000,000) سهماً عادياً بقيمة اسمية قدرها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد. بتاريخ 24/03/1442هـ (الموافق 10/11/2020م)، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة من خمسين مليون (50,000,000) ريال سعودي إلى خمسمائة مليون (500,000,000) ريال سعودي مدفوع بالكامل مقسم إلى خمسين مليون (50,000,000) سهماً عادياً، كما تم تغيير اسم الشركة من ''شركة العلم لأمن المعلومات'' إلى ''شركة علم''. بتاريخ 10/11/1442هـ (الموافق 20/06/2021م)، تم زيادة رأس مال الشركة من خمسمائة مليون (500,000,000) ريال سعودي إلى ثمانمائة مليون (800,000,000) ريال سعودي مدفوع بالكامل مقسم إلى ثمانين مليون (80,000,000) سهماً عادياً بقيمة اسمية مدفوعة بالكامل قدرها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد.
