شركة العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية هي شركة تقنية معلومات متخصصة بتقديم خدمات التكامل الالكتروني للأنظمة و التحول الرقمي عبر وحدات عمل متخصصة و مترابطة بحيث تشكل معا حل متكاملا و يشمل ذلك وحدة تطوير البرمجيات و أنظمة دعم اتخاذ القرار و وحدة الصيانة و التشغيل و وحدة تجربة العميل و وحدة الخدمات المدارة لتقنية المعلومات و وحدة الشبكات و البنية التحتية و وحدة امن المعلومات و الامن السيبراني حيث تقدم كل من هذه الوحدات حزمة من الخدمات المتخصصة في مجالها.
Company History
تأسست شركة العرض المتقن كمؤسسة فردية في مدينة الرياض في بتاريخ 03/07/1424هـ الموافق 31/08/2003م باسم مؤسسة مكتب العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية برأس مال قدره خمسة وعشرين ألف (25,000) ريال سعودي، بعد ذلك تحولت شركة العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية إلى شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة بموجب قرار وزارة التجارة رقم (772) بتاريخ 16/05/1443هـ الموافق 20/12/2021 م برأس مال قدره مائة وخمسين مليون (150,000,000) مقسم إلى خمسة عشر مليون (15,000,000) سهم عادي بقيمة أسمية قدرها عشرة (10) ريالات سعودية للسهم الواحد، وتم إدراج الشركة بالسوق السعودي بتاريخ 22/04/1444هـ الموافق 16 /11/ 2022 ، كما تم تجزئة القيمة الاسمية للسهم الى واحد (1) ريال للسهم ليصبح عدد أسهم الشركة مائة وخمسين مليون (150,000,000) سهم بتاريخ 18/11/1444هـ الموافق 07/06/2023م .
