تأسست شركة دراية المالية كشركة مساهمة غير مدرجة بموجب قرار وزارة التجارة رقم (/127ق) وبتاريخ 1430/04/19ه (الموافق 2009/04/15) ووفقا لترخيص الهيئة رقم (08109-27)وتاريخ 1429/06/19ه (لموافق 2008/06/23م)، وكذلك بموجب ترخيص الهيئة العامة للاستثمار الصادر بالرقم (1/172) وتاريخ 1430/02/07ه (الموافق 2009/02/02م). يبلغ رأس مال الشركة أربعمائة وتسعة وتسعون مليون وأربعمائة وسبعون ألف وثلاثمائة وتسعون ( 499,470,390) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى مئتين وتسعة وأربعون مليون وسبعمائة وخمسة وثلاثون ألف ومائة وخمسة وتسعون (249,735,195)سهم عادي بقيمة اسمية مدفوعة بالكامل قدرها ريالين سعوديين للسهم الواحد.
