شركة نفط الشرق للصناعات الكيماوية هي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (1491) وتاريخ 22/06/1444هـ (الموافق 15/01/2023م)، والقرار الوزاري رقم (1509) وتاريخ 04/07/1444هـ (الموافق 26/01/2023م)، والسجل التجاري رقم (1010137455) وتاريخ 02/04/1416هـ (الموافق 29/08/1995م) الصادر بمدينة الرياض. ويبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي كما في تاريخ هذه النشرة قبل الطرح عشرين مليون (20,000,000) ريال سعودي مقسم إلى عشرين مليون (20,000,000) سهم عادي متساوية القيمة، قيمة كل سهم منها واحد (1) ريال سعودي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل. ويتمثل عنوان المقر الرئيس للشركة في الرياض، 2930 الطريق الدائري الشمالي 6137 حي الوادي، ص.ب. 6137 الرياض 13313 المملكة العربية السعودية.
