شركة أبناء محمد حسن الناقول، هي شركة مساهمة سعودية مقفلة بموجب القرار الوزاري رقم (ق/229) وتاريخ 08/07/1438هـ (الموافق 04/04/2017م) والقرار الوزاري رقم (ق/241) وتاريخ 1438/07/23هـ (الموافق 19/04/2017م)، وبموجب السجل التجاري رقم (2050108220) وتاريخ 24/04/1437هـ (الموافق 03/02/2016م) الصادر بمدينة الدمام، ويبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي (29,000,000) ريال سعودي مدفوع بالكامل ومقسم إلى (2,900,000) سهم عادي مدفوعة القيمة بالكامل، قيمة كل سهم منها (10) ريالات سعودية. تأسست شركة أبناء محمد حسن الناقول في البداية كمؤسسة فردية وبرأس مال قدره (25,000) ريال سعودي. وبتاريخ 08/01/1432هـ (الموافق14/12/2010م) تم تحويل الكيان القانوني إلى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة وتغيير اسمها لتصبح باسم شركة محمد حسن الناقول المحدودة للصناعة والتجارة والمقاولات وذلك بدخول الشريك السيد/ ماجد محمد حسن الناقول السبيعي، وقد تم تقييم صافي أصول المؤسسة بمبلغ (1,500,000) ريال سعودي لتحديد رأس مال الشركة، وبتاريخ 11/06/1432هـ (الموافق 15/05/2011م) قرر الشركاء زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى (2,900,000) ريال سعودي، وبتاريخ 07/07/1438هـ (الموافق 03/04/2017م) قرر الشركاء تحويل الشركة من ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى شركة مساهمة مقفلة وبتاريخ 08/07/1438هـ (الموافق 04/04/2017م) صدر القرار الوزاري رقم (ق/229) بالموافقة على الترخيص بتحول الشركة من ذات مسؤولية محدودة إلى مساهمة مقفلة، وبتاريخ 29/10/1438هـ (الموافق 23/07/2017م) وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية على زيادة رأس مال الشركة إلى (22,950,000) ريال سعودي، وبتاريخ 10/10/1439هـ (الموافق 24/06/2018م) وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية على زيادة رأس مال الشركة من (22,950,000) ريال سعودي إلى (29,000,000) ريال سعودي.
