In reference to the Saudi Exchange announcement dated on 29/02/1448 corresponding to 12/08/2026. And due to National Gypsum Co. non-compliance with announcing its financial statements Period Ending on 2026-06-30 during the specified period. The trading of the company’s shares will be re-suspended starting from Thursday 28/03/1448 corresponding to 10/09/2026 until the company announces its financial statements.
