Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of ^ 848,523,000 detailed as follow:

1.    Increase in issuance 2023-08-08 (Tadawul code: 5332) by ^ 409,500,000 to reach a total of ^ 12,279,258,000.

2.    Increase in issuance 2023-08-10 (Tadawul code: 5334) by ^ 337,500,000 to reach a total of ^ 15,404,045,000.

3.    Increase in issuance 2024-04-12 (Tadawul code: 5344) by ^ 101,000,000 to reach a total of ^ 35,405,151,000.

4.    Increase in issuance 2024-01-15 (Tadawul code: 5339) by ^ 523,000 to reach a total of ^ 40,237,845,000.

 
Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 22/01/2026.
