The Articles of Association and the Commercial Registration of the subsidiary (Commercial Registration No. 7013656215) have been duly issued through the separation and independent registration of a record that was previously maintained as a branch commercial registration of Al-Ashghal Al-Muyassarah Company. There is currently no immediate material financial impact resulting from the incorporation of the subsidiary, as it remains in the process of completing the required licensing procedures and construction works.
