Mr. Darwish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Cairo University, in addition to several professional memberships and certifications, including Fellowship of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), certification in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), membership of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and the Financial Fraud Examination Excellence Award 2024. |
