Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty website starting at 1:00 am on Thursday 12/25/1447 AH corresponding to 06/11/2026 AD until the end of the meeting time. Please note that registration and voting on the Tadawulaty Services website are available free of charge to all shareholders at (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa).
