In addition, the Group incurred a net loss of SR 21.8 million and reported negative cash flows from operating activities of SR 1 million for the year ended 31 December 2025. These events and conditions, along with other matters as set forth in note 2.4 to the accompanying consolidated financial statements, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. |
