| Announcement Detail | As part of the company’s commitment to enhance shareholder services and ensure the protection of their rights and interests, the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) is pleased to announce the launch of a new online service enabling shareholders to inquire about any unclaimed dividends and share certificates from previous years through the link below: https://saptco.com.sa/dividends_and_shareholders To use the service, shareholders are required to enter their name, national ID number, or Hafizat Alnofoos number. The search results will indicate whether any unclaimed dividends or outstanding share certificates exist, without disclosing the amounts of such dividends, if applicable. Shareholders will be required to provide the necessary documents in case of transferring a share certificate to an investment portfolio (as per the attached document).
