The appeal has been referred to the Court of Appeal in Riyadh and is currently under review; no hearing date has been scheduled yet, and it may be accepted or rejected. Furthermore, the Company clarifies to its valued shareholders that it does not recognize the claims of Tathmeer Investment Company and Rawafed Al-Mustaqbal Company due to the lack of authorization for the underlying contracts by the competent authorities. Accordingly, two lawsuits have been filed against Tathmeer Investment Company and Rawafid Al-Mustaqbal Company, as previously announced on the Tadawul website on 03/02/2026 AD. |
