Saudi Fransi Capital Announces the Completion of the Offering Period for Individual Investors for Cherry Trading Company’s IPO

| Announcement Detail | BSF Capital and EFG Hermes KSA as the joint Financial Advisors, and Co-Underwriters and joint Bookrunners of the Initial Public Offering (the “IPO”) for Cherry Trading Company (“Cherry” or “the Company”), announce the successful conclusion of the retail offering period. The retail subscription period for individual investors, which took place on Wednesday 12/11/2025G till Thursday 13/11/2025G (for a period of 2 days), witnessed 81,006 investors subscribing at a Final Offer Price of SAR 28.00 per share, generating a retail tranche oversubscription level of 647% with total retail demand of approximately SAR 326 million. The individual investors will receive a minimum of 10 shares each, while the remaining shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis based on the size of each individual investor’s request compared to the total remaining subscribed shares with an average allocation factor of 9.1%. Based on the outcome of the retail subscription period, the shares allocated to institutional investors will be scaled back to 7,200,000 representing 80% of the total Offer Shares.
