| Announcement Detail | With reference to the results of the Ordinary General Assembly held on 23-02-1447 corresponding to 17-08-2025, at which the Company's Board of Directors was elected for its third term, commencing on 31-08-2025 for a period of four years ending on 30-08-2029, Aljouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. is pleased to announce to its esteemed shareholders that its Board of Directors issued the following resolutions on 01-09-2025: - First: Appointing Mr. Ashry bin Saad bin Muzail Al-Ashry as Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive). - Second: Appointing Dr. Fahd bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Habdan as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (independent). - Third: Forming the Nominations and Remuneration Committee from the following members: • Mr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman bin Muqrin (Board Member - Independent) as Chairman of the Committee. • Mr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Faisal (Board Member - Independent) as a member of the Committee. • Mr. Musa bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Fawzan (from outside the board) was appointed as a member of the committee. - A secretary was also appointed to the Board of Directors, in addition to appointing representatives of Aljouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). |
