Saudi Fransi Capital Announces the Final Offer Price for Dar AlMajid Real Estate Company’s IPO

| Announcement Detail | BSF Capital as the Sole Financial Advisor, Underwriter and Bookrunner, of the Initial Public Offering (the “IPO”) for Dar AlMajid Real Estate Company (“AlMajdiah” or “the Company”), announces the completion of the book-building process for the institutional tranche subscribed to the offered shares and the setting of the final offer price at SAR 14.00 per share, with a coverage of 107x Knowing that the participating entities have subscribed to the offered shares in full, as (90,000,000) ordinary shares were allocated to them, representing 100% of the total shares offered for subscription as a first stage. Upon the successful completion of the book-building process, as a second stage, 20% of the total shares offered for subscription, will be allocated to individual subscribers as a maximum. It should be noted that Saudi Fransi Capital, in its capacity as Lead Manager, has completed with the receiving agents, BSF Capital, Alrajhi Capital, SNB Capital, Riyad Capital Company, Albilad Investment Company, Aljazira Capital Company, Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Company, Derayah Financial Company, Alinma Investment Company, ANB Capital Company, Yaqeen Capital, Alkhabeer Capital, SAB Invest, Sahm Capital Financial Company, GIB Capital, Musharaka Capital, EFG Hermes KSA, and Awaed Alosool Capital, all necessary preparations for receiving subscriptions from the individual investors’ tranche, for three days commencing on Thursday 14/08/2025G till 18/08/2025G.
