| Additional Information | The entitlement shall be for the shareholders who own the Company’s shares on the eligibility date and enrolled in the Company's shareholders’ register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the close of the second trading day following the due date, which will be on Sunday 17 August 2025, corresponding to 23 Safar 1447H. The Company would like to draw the attention of non-resident shareholders that the dividend paid to them will be subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transferring or crediting these dividends into their bank accounts, in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of its Implementing Regulations.
