| Announcement Detail | Saudi Arabian Mining Company announces that Louis Irvine, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of his intention to retire from the Company. Mr. Irvine will step down from his role as CFO effective 8th August 2025. In the Interim, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee has appointed Saulat Sultan, as acting Chief Financial Officer, effective from the same date, to ensure continuity of leadership and financial oversight. Saulat Sultan has over 20 years of global experience in investment banking and corporate finance, with leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, SMBC, Credit Suisse, Moody’s and Shell. Louis Irvine has served as CFO since May 2022, playing a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy and performance. The Company has commenced a formal search process to identify a permanent successor, considering both internal and external candidates. |
