| Announcement Detail | Sure Global Tech Co. is pleased to announce to its respected shareholders that the cash dividends for the Fiscal year 2024, will be starting on Tuesday in 08-07-2025, at SR (1.5) per share, a rate of (15%) of the par value of the share. Considering that eligibility date for shareholders who own shares on Tuesday 17-06-2025 G and are registered in the Company’s shareholders record at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date. The disbursement process will be through Riyad Bank in which will be deposited directly in the shareholders’ accounts linked to their investment portfolios of all local banks. In case of not receiving the cash dividends after the distribution date or have any questions, shareholders can visit any Riyad Bank branches or call them on 8001222444 or 920001816. The company requests from all valued shareholders to update their data and to ensure that their bank account numbers are linked with their investment portfolios to ensure that their due dividends are deposited directly into their bank accounts. We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the income tax law and article 63 of its implementing regulation. |
